Posting your clipper battery in the UK
Post Office: You can post a used clipper battery at the Post Office but you should include the clipper with the battery.
With UPS:  You can post only the battery – Wrap your clipper battery in padding and send in a cardboard box.

Should I buy this re-cell or a new Avalon Battery?
– If your battery outer case is in good condition the we would recommend using our re cell service rather then buying a new battery.
– A new Avalon Battery is more expensive, will not perform any better and has a similar capacity and lifespan.

FAQs

• How can I tell if my charger is working OK ?
  A working Aavalon charger will get quite hot when charging.
  If your charger does not heat up then most likely it is not working.
  Flashing green light – means the battery is charged and so the charger is working.
  Steady green light does not mean the charger is working.
• I’m not sure what the fault is ?  
  Send us your clipper, battery and charger and we can test them for you.
